Event Description
Welcome to the annual NDEW Steilacoom V (Yes, our 5th event already)!
Our venue will be slightly different than last year. Event will again be in historic downtown Steilacoom (oldest municipality in the State of Washington--1854). Event is centered at the Tennis Courts with parking spots for Electric Vehicles along the closed to through traffic Lafayette, Wilkes, and Commercial Streets). We will have enough parking for 120 electric vehicles which is our 2018 goal. Event will start at 11 AM and finish at 3 PM. We will have many Electric Vehicle themed vendor booths.
There is a coffee shop (Steilacoom Coffee Cabin), three restaurants (Bair Drug, Topside and De la Terre) and the brand new Steilacoom Tap Room right at the site. We will invite one or more food vendors. Rides will be offered and cars will be displayed. Plan is to have four guest speakers in the Town Hall, to be scheduled for 45 minute presentations at 11:00, 12:00, 1:00 and 2:000.
Please feel free to join our 2,000 member Facebook group.
