Event Report
We had 15 Tesla Model 3's in attendance which was a surprise to almost all attendees. The most common comment was 'I didn't think Tesla was able to build any of those.' Without biasing the invitations to the event, the participating vehicles turned out to be half Teslas of various types and the other half other manufacturers. Attendees with vehicles commented they were happy to have a place where they could meet and talk to other EV owners and learn what they have learned about their cars.
We had coverage from local stations and national NPR, Car and Driver and various online outlets although I have not been able to find any posted stories. We believe we had one of the largest gatherings of EV's in the midwest, but others could prove us wrong.
