Event Report
This event included EVs from BMW, Nissan, Tesla, GM and an electric motorcycle! Hosted by the Wakefield Municipal Gas and Light Department customers were able to take test drives and ask questions of both owners and dealership staff alike. Wakefield staff provided a customer booth with information and snacks to help interested potential EV owners or new EV owners find out how to receive a Free Level Two Charger from the light department.

Join Wakefield Municipal Gas and Light and public energy partner MMWEC for an event celebrating our innovating EV program!
Interested residents will be able to test drive some of the most popular EV models and talk with knowlegdable dealer staff. Already have an EV? Then come talk with us about getting a free level 2 Wi-Fi enabled home charging station from WMGLD!
