The "EV Showcase" is a special feature of the Ohio Pawpaw Festival's Energy Village.

The 5th year of the Energy Village will inspire Pawpaw Fest attendees to experience the growing clean energy movement spreading across the country. The Energy Village tent will feature a solar array trailer and opportunities for fest-goers to tap into an innovative, local energy efforts.

Our collaboration with other organizations, vendors, and entrepreneurs will focus on the opportunities offered to Appalachian Ohio residents to reduce energy use and to make considerations about renewable energy and electric transportation for their homes, businesses, and local communities.


Visit the Energy Village at the 2019 Ohio Pawpaw Fest and you can expect to find:

- Renewable energy technology, clean energy exhibits, and innovative energy projects 
- Zoom to the "Electric Vehicle (EV) Showcase"  and learn about the "EV Cruisers" electric car club of Athens County, Ohio (Saturday, Noon - 5 p.m.)
- Kids Activities: (Saturday Noon - 5 p.m.)
