Event Report
Sustainable Resilient Longmont's Electric Vehicle Fair featured 64 EV and PHEV cars along with an electric F350 Transit Van and City Bus. The Ride and Drive area was definitely our busiest, with about 150 rides given over a 3-hour period. The biggest hit of our show was the EV Owner discussion panel, where electric car and motorcycle owners shared their experiences with going electric and took questions from the crowd.Event Description
Join us at our Longmont EV Fair!
Sustainable Resilient Longmont and our partners are excited to be in person again at The Boulder County Fairgrounds. We are planning to showcase new and used electric cars, electric bikes, and privately owned EV's in a fun festival atmosphere. Activities include food trucks, music, kids activities and lots of info on driving and owning an EV.
We know that buying an electric car can seem more complicated than buying a vehicle powered by gas or diesel, so we will have experts on site to help potential EV buyers understand how to charge and service their vehicles. But the real highlight of this event is interacting with EV owners to learn about their experiences owning and driving electric cars. So, if you own an EV, want an EV, or just want to learn more about EVs make sure to join us from 11:00-3:00 on Sunday, October 3rd 2021.
Our outdoor event is rain or shine and we will follow all applicable COVID protocols. Attendees must have proof of vaccination and wear a mask for test drives and rides.
