Event Report
We hosted our event at the 8 Tesla charging stations located at the Whole Grocer in Jackson, WY. It was simply an EV meet-up for EV owners and those interested in becoming owners. We had 10 owners attend and a half dozen others who were interested in owning. Everyone loved and commented on the casual nature of the event. Rather than having presentations everyone just chatted and opened their vehicles for everyone to check out. We were located where anyone entering or leaving the grocery store could see us, so even if they did not stop by they still were exposed to a group of folks excited and geeking out about electric vehicles.
Event Description
If you are an EV owner, potential owner or an enthusiast of this technology, this event is for you! We will meet at a charging station location in Jackson, WY, still TBD. There will not be a formal presentation, but attendees are encouraged to share best practices, ask questions, mingle, chat and geek out about electric vehicles. YTCC will have light beverages and snacks available. If you are on the fence about purchasing an EV, this is your opportunity to talk with EV owners and gain an understanding of how and why an EV could meet your transportation needs.
