GreenFest Newark seeks to inspire and empower Newark's residents, businesses and visitors to live, work and play green. Each year we're striving to make our event the most sustainable it can be. We offer space for vendors selling goods or services and for educational or community partners with interactive exhibits. We are prioritizing having a (nearly) zero waste event this year, so please ensure your giveaway or packaging items are reusable or compostable.

Regarding EV show and Ride & Drive:
- We are seeking a wide diversity of brands and models. If you have old/high mileage EV, we would love you to register. We want to demonstrate the longevity of EVs.
- We welcome dealers to bring EVs for test drive; we have electronic registration, which includes waivers and photo release acknowledgement.
- We have a substantial budget and will offer Ride & Drives in personally owned vehicles. If you decide to offer your vehicle for test driving, we will pay you!
- Please bring your EV by 11:30 AM and follow directions.
- Bring water in a reusable bottle. However, free food and beverages will be available to you.
- We are seeking volunteers to help staff the event and coordinate the Ride & Drive. These positions will be paid at $100.
