GPCOG and Calstart invite you to display your vehicles and represent your company at the third annual Sustainable Scarborough Day event on October 5, 2025. This event will gather a large audience including business owners, fleet owners and prospective buyers in the private sector. We encourage you to bring pickup trucks, sprinter vans, and other light- and medium-duty commercial vehicles.

In addition to the ride & drive portion of the event, there will also be an exhibit area for partners to help educate and engage with potential buyers. Participating OEMs and fleet operators will be required to transport their vehicles to the venue on October 4, 2025 (the day before the event).

This event will be hosted outdoors, so access to electricity will likely be limited. Please plan accordingly for your personal electricity needs.

FAQ:

Will charging stations be available?

There are two solar-powered chargers on-site, and there are four Electrify America fast charging stations at the Wal Mart 2.3 miles from the event.

Will there be food available?

There will be food trucks at the event, and GPCOG will provide snacks and water.

Will there be media at the event?

We are planning to invite media and will put out a press release following the event that will feature OEMs and their vehicles. We encourage vehicle providers to take their own photos and videos and will share and boost any resulting content from our channels.

What time is load-in?

All vehicles must arrive to the venue on October 4. More details about timing to come. Vehicle providers should plan to arrive to the venue by 9 a.m. on October 5 to set up booths before the event begins at 10 a.m.

What time is load-out?

Load out for vehicles will begin as soon as event guests have safely cleared the area, no earlier than 2:00 p.m.

Do I need to register as a vendor for Sustainable Scarborough through their website?

At this time, registering through this eventbrite page will register you for the whole event. We will follow up with registered vehicle providers if this changes.

What do I need to bring?

At least one electric vehicle! If you also want a booth to advertise your company, please bring a table, popup tent,  and all collateral materials. Booths will require two representatives so that one person can facilitate ride & drives with your vehicle(s) and the other can host the booth.

If I want to bring a vehicle do I have to also have a booth?

We encourage vehicle providers to bring a booth to take advantage of this marketing opportunity, but it is not currently required.
