Charging an EV at home is the most convenient, affordable, and reliable way to power a daily commute. However, charging becomes more challenging for residents of multifamily housing, such as apartments or condominiums. EV drivers without access to home charging need accessible charging options, such as curbside charging, charger sharing, or charger installation assistance at multifamily properties. 

In order to help connect drivers, EV advocates, property owners, and other decision-makers to creative charging solutions, Plug In America launched a toolkit called Affordable and Convenient Access to EV Charging: Solutions for Multifamily Housing Residents. Our toolkit contains case studies of exciting projects and services, a map of charging solutions, and best practices for improving charging access. 

At this webinar, we will dive into the toolkit and the lessons that community groups, municipalities, utilities, and companies can take from it.
