This event will have many ways to celebrate the sun's contribution to our global energy transition, including powering transportation through EVS. The Electric Vehicle Association of CA Central Coast will have an F-150 Lightening Electric truck that has been charged up by the owner's solar array and will be powering an e-bike, an induction cooktop for tea, and have a solar cooker demo. There will be some EV demos. The stage will be powered by a portable solar array. Lots of fun kid activities, including mini windmills that can be powered by solar or battery, Sun prints, periods of Open Mic for kids in particular, vegan treats, and lots of other fun stuff.
